In 21 Days I will support you in gracefully navigating the pitfalls of holiday stress and overwhelm plus feel more at ease in body and mind - even if you have NO TIME for workouts and self-care - so that you can show up for yourself and your loved ones with joy and deep connection.​

WHY JOIN BODY GRATEFUL?

During the holiday season it becomes easy to neglect our wellbeing due to many factors. 

We may begin to draw inward as the season shifts, temperatures lower and days become shorter, schedules change and get filled with holiday tasks and gatherings, which often results in skipping out on our workout and self-care routines. Add all of that in along with the emotional ups and downs associated with being with, or without family and we can easily become body ungrateful. 

Let this year be different by starting off the season of gifting by giving to yourself first. 

In our 21 days together you will fill yourself with gratitude for all that your body IS and does – even if you have NO TIME for workouts and self-care – by giving back to your body with mindful movement and nervous system nourishing practices designed specifically to help you roll through the pitfalls of stress and overwhelm with ease and grace.  

When you find yourself in the midst of a holiday pitfall like dealing with a difficult family member, dipping emotions, a demanding to-do list or outrageous traffic you will have proven self-soothing techniques available to practice in the moment.  Plus, when you practice these techniques outside of the moment of stress you will find over time that the moments themselves are easier to navigate with more ease and less upset when they arise.

WHEN + WHERE

During these 21 days we will gather together weekly live on Zoom in a 60 minute community gratitude circle centered on showing your body and your nervous system love, appreciation and gratitude in movement and mindset. All gatherings will be recorded and posted in the online platform for those who cannot attend live or wish to revisit the work.
  • Live Gatherings take place on Zoom: 5:30-6:30 pm on Mondays (11/27, 12/4, 12/11)
  • The remainder of the program will be self-paced, with continued opportunities to connect with the group community online + optional 1:1 support with Alexis
