Buff Bones® Tones your arms, hips, back and abs, improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for those with osteoporosis. Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health. It leverages bone-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. Buff Bones® has been featured at Canyon Ranch in Arizona, Rancho La Puerta in Mexico and at various conferences around the world including the International Osteoporosis Foundation Worldwide Conference in Athens, Greece.
Da Vinci BodyBoard™ classes incorporate cardio and strength training in one FUN short workout. The short duration of these workouts make it ideal for those with busy lives who want to see results in their bodies. The BodyBoard system not only strengthens the larger muscles but the smaller stabilizing muscles, which aid in supporting the joints and skeleton, making it adaptable and appropriate for a variety of fitness levels and can even be used to aid in rehabilitating from injury.
